physical description: Kaylee is a fairly average girl. Slightly taller than most her age, her brown head stands an inch or so above those around her. Not overly beautiful, but still very pleasing to the eye, Kaylee believes her best feature to be her rare and striking iridescent green eyes. She has a very athletic figure thanks to being trained as a warrior.

strengths: Loyal. Strong. Smart. Happy. Loving. A fully trained warrior.
weaknesses: Can be a bit thick headed. Often rushes into things. Speaks without thinking. Gets sea sick occasionally. Tends to fail epically when fighting against benders. Fire + metal fan = bad.
overall personality: Kaylee is a happy and energetic person. She loves to talk and have fun. That said, she knows when enough is enough and when the situation calls for it she has no qualms about stepping in to calmly take charge. Due to the many different locations she has moved to over her life, Kaylee has come to realize that she loves the cooler climate. The 2 weeks she spent in the Si Wong desert visiting a friend were some of the worst weeks of her life. Kaylee has been trained in the ways of the Kyoshi warriors, thanks to her aunt who served with them during the war. As a result she tends to analyze things from a more military perspective than others. She prefers to enter a situation with a plan, but loves the thrill of going in and winging it.

history: Kaylee was born the daughter of Mukita and Harito Azores. Her father's job meant that the trio were constantly on the move. Until Kaylee was 12 years old she had never lived in one place for longer than 6 months. It was also whilst Kaylee was 12 that her parents were killed when their caravan caught fire during the night thanks to a dodgy lantern they had bought in the town they had just passed. Kaylee escape unharmed as she had sneaked out 5 minutes earlier to go play with the eel hounds her father had tamed. After their deaths, Kaylee was sent to live with her closest relatives, her aunt and uncle on the island of Kyoshi. Naturally this was a big change for her. In less than 3 days Kaylee went from living constantly on the move with her parents to being confined on an island with people she had never met before in her life. In order to try and distract her niece from the pain of losing her parents, Ruka Azores decided to teach Kaylee the ways of a Kyoshi warrior. Kaylee took to the training with great enthusiasm. The fluid motions of the fan helped her block out the memories of her parents. Now 6 years later Kaylee has become a certified Kyoshi warrior. Recently she has left the island to go and travel the lands once again and is currently heading for the Southern water tribe. One other important point is worth noting. In Kaylee's family there has not been a bender for over 3 generations. As a result she has never tried her hand at bending anything, mainly because the thought has never occurred to her.
